Carmen Soo Wai Mun, born October 14, 1977 in Kuala Lumpur is a Chinese Malaysian fashion model and actress.  Having first made a name for herself as a model and is now making her mark as an actress.  She was the only choice to play the role of Margaret/Garie Hang-li in the joint venture production “Kahit Isang Saglit“ between ABS-CBN Philippines and Double Vision Malaysia.
